Thank you for interest in Academy Heights Apartments! Our one bedroom is a spacious 700 square feet and leases for $500. The kitchen comes equipped with a garbage disposal, dishwasher, stove and frost free refrigerator. Second and third floor apartment homes have a great balcony area for patio furniture.
Our main building is limited access allowing only people with keys access after hours. You will surely love the indoor pool that is open year round. If swimming is not something you enjoy, we also have a relaxing spa and sauna that is open until 10 p.m. every night. Academy Heights offers a state of the art fitness center, playground, and business center. We offer two conveniently located laundry care centers in the main building. For all pet lovers who consider their pet’s family, we do allow small pets. We are in walking distance to several shopping centers and on the Albuquerque bus line.
If you wish to view our property, our office hours are Monday-Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm and Saturday from 10:00am - 5:00pm. We have recently renovated the property and are continuing to update the features of our community to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our residents.
