Hi. I need to try to rent a home by Sunday. Willing to potentially spend up to 1000/mo. There are too many crap posts on here and I have wasted so much time that I don't think I have time to get it accomplished any other way. So here goes...

What I need:

* A house... not real particular on size, but I prefer a home with 2 bathrooms anyway... 2 or 3 bedroom ok w/ me.
* A fenced or walled in back yard.
* A 6 month term as it is my goal to purchase a home by the end of November. (for the tax credit)
* I prefer to have a garage, I don't really care how big it is.

About me:

* I have GREAT stable employment with the Federal Government...
* I have GOOD credit...
* I have excellent rental history and have been renting since December 2001. (One late payment, 2 days late because I got stuck out on a 7 night cruise for 2 extra days because of Hurricane Frances in 2004. References won't be a problem.)
* I have 2 mature, old (8+ yrs), well behaved (kenneled) dogs that are like children to me. (Why I want fenced in back yard and garage - I do not allow them into the living quarters but want to provide them with shelter.) I do clean up after the pets if you know what I mean... (pooper scooper... LOL) You would never know that I had dogs.
* Need to find something ASAP!!!!!! The sooner you reply, the better everyone's odds of success.
