As a former employee of wally world,i know a few things about gift cards....When people return things without a reciept it is placed on a gift card which forces you to use it there,,and if its over 10$ you must show a valid id,and then THEY enter your info into the system,and if you get three checkmarks within a certain amount of time,,you can only get it on a gift card.,and they wont let you return stuff!!!This happens alot!!!!...this is due to thieves stealing stuff then returning it to the store,,and thanks to all the petty thieves out there the prices go UP!!I have witnessed big screen tv's walk out the doors to a vehicle waiting,and poof gone,,but those items if ever repaired/or warrenty called in,,,the manufacturer has all the info ,date/time/stolen,,and your screwed!!!Dummies think they get away with stealing,,but it will catch up to them,or if they sell the item to someone,,that person gets screwed of the money they paid,because its stolen property!!!
This person with the gift card must not be able return anything,,,otherwise its simple,buy something,return it for cash WITH RECIEPT!!
