Tasks May Include: <br>

Review and verify technical merits of business customer energy efficiency applications, including calculation of energy savings and verification of equipment specifications.<br>
<br>
Inspect customer sites to verify the installation of energy efficient equipment at businesses throughout New Mexico.<br>
<br>
Interact with customers and contractors to address questions or concerns about qualifying equipment.<br>
<br>
Educate contractors about the utility incentive program.<br>
<br>
Provide flexible support to other team members on an as-needed basis.<br>

What we're asking:<br>
<br>
Requirements include at minimum coursework in a technical field such as engineering, architecture or sciences. Work experience may take the place of coursework. In addition, a proven grasp of database and analysis tools such as Access and Excel is desired. An educational emphasis on energy efficiency and/or energy experience is strongly preferred. The successful candidate should also have excellent written and oral communication skills. Most importantly, this individual should display a positive, team-oriented attitude to match our friendly work environment. Must have own vehicle. Mileage will be reimbursed.<br>

4. Produces and maintains project records for use by department and outside agencies.

5. Assists in developing scopes of work (i.e., tasks and milestones) and project budgets to forecast construction schedules and establish project objectives or process operation, optimization, and enhancements.

6. Inspects and monitors construction or maintenance projects to ensure compliance with design specifications and contractual agreements.

Minimum Qualifications:

The ideal candidates will have a degree in geophysics, geology, geological engineering or a closely related field, and 5-10 plus years of experience in geophysical investigations at ordnance response sites, geophysical mapping, detection and discrimination of buried military munitions. This individual has overall responsibility for design, implementation, and management of all geophysical investigations required for the work effort related to military munitions.  Familiarity with Geosoft munitions software applications (or related) preferred.<br>
