I will break it down category by category for you, in order to describe this huge lot best.

There are:

2800+ New and sealed cds. This portion includes about 30 different titles, with some titles carrying as many as 250 copies, and others carrying as little as 10-20 copies. Most cds have around 70-80 copies of the same title. Some of the artists in this portion include:

Antiseen

The Righteous

The Splash Four

The Kweyt Kings

Suburban Threat

Marilyn Manson (about 40-50 copies of The Dope Show, this is new but does not have wrap)

Loudspeaker

The Crusaders

30 Lincoln

Those Unknown

Hot Damn

Watercloset

The Easy Living

Outside In

Tee and the Crumpets

The Gaia

These are the primary artists that you will see

I suggest you look some of these guys up on Amazon.com or other resale websites. Most of them sell for between $3 and $7 brand new (which may I remind you, all of these are new cds and all but the Marilyn Manson copies are sealed). I would estimate a reasonable resale for this portion at $15,000

There are another 600+ cds with partial artwork and no case. For the most part, I don't recognize these artists very well. I know about 30% of them. Some of the artists I did recognize were some popular rap artists and several soundtracks (The Cable Guy, Party of Five, Soulfood, ect)

I take these cds to the flea market every weekend and sell them for $3 each. I usually move about 100-150 of these alone each Saturday. For this portion I would estimate a resale value of $1800, running total is now $16,800

There are another 250+ cds with no artwork at all. These cds are the same types of titles as the ones listed above. I sell these for $2 each at my local flea market, and move around 75 every Saturday. Estimated resale value on these is $500, running total of $17,300

Now, I bring you a small yet great portion of my cds, my own personal "Greatest Hits" collection. These are all greatest hit or best of collections by different artists, some are still sealed. Almost all are in EXCELLENT condition, but a rare few might not play. I have listed all of the titles below. These I would sell for $10 each at a flea market and maybe drop down to $7 on some of them. Maybe. Anyway, you are looking at about $1200 in resale on this portion. About 80% have full art and case. Finally, there are another 200+ empty cd cases. These, for the most part, are in good yet used shape. They are a bonus. Another bonus I will throw in is about 30 brand new blank cds. These are all new and in thin hard plastic cases. Finally, I will toss in 7 or 8 empty cd binders, all with the cd sleeves ready to be filled. I've sold these in the past for ten or twenty bucks each! Once again, they are simply a bonus.

Now, for the movie section

There are around 350+ VHS tapes, all in good shape, and at least 350 have the sleeve in good shape. These, for the most part, are EXCELLENT titles. You will definately recognize most of them. There are very few workout tapes, which I know many folks try to throw in and not list. None of that bs here. Some titles include

Godzilla

Men In Black

Shanghi Noon

Nothing to Lose

The Mask

Star Wars

Austin Powers

Forrest Gump

GI Jane

U-571

Matrix

George of the Jungle

JFK (2 tape set)

Galaxy Guest

Titanic (2 tape set)

Since most of these titles are pretty good, I can usually still get away with selling them at three bucks each. Since there are a few titles I haven't heard of in there, I will round down and estimate this portion going for $1,000. Our running total is up to $19500

Last but not least I have around 115 DVD movies

There are some really good titles but a good majority are older movies or ones I don't recognize. The better titles, for the most part, contain no art, they are just in the case.

Either way I sell these for between 2 and 3 dollars each and they do VERY well.

Some of the better titles included are:

Lord of the Rings

Princess Warrior

Crack

Pirates of the Carribean

Bedazzled (Full art and case included)

Dude Where's My Car

Happy Gilmore

12 Monkey's

Friends (The best 10 episdoes)

and several more.

All in all as I'm sure you've noticed, there is a VERY reasonable resale value of around $20,000 here.

$1275 takes the ENTIRE thing! I'll even drop it off to you.
