Hotel Andaluz, formerly the La Posada, is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager and Assistant Manager to assist in leadership of our quality team of professional banquet, restaurant, and bar servers.
Ideal applicant will have previous experience in upscale hotel or resort environment. Requires excellent communication skills, strong computer skills, and ability to lead an enthusiastic team to provide the highest quality of excellence in guest service and the dining experience, whether in private dining, upscale restaurant, in-room dining, and/or an upscale bar environment. Previous administrative experience in forecasting, financials, inventories, cost controls, labor controls and effective scheduling is preferred. Micros experience helpful.
Preferred skill set includes strong attention to detail, training and development expertise, creativity, and strong leadership and team-building ability.
