We need managers for a fast paced, high volume, casual dining restaurant concept serving authentic Italian cuisine in a comfortable, open-kitchen setting. We have 15 locations in six states, all corporately owned.
We are currently seeking Managers for our Albuquerque, NM location. In this position, you will assist and report to the General Manager to ensure guest satisfaction and a quality work environment. If you deliver a passion for service and a love for food, we will deliver an active, fun environment, where the employees work together.
Requirements
A minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience.
Experience in a full service kitchen where recipes are perfected from scratch, preferred.
Guest Focused with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
High School diploma (or equivalent) required, college degree preferred.
Foodservice Management Professional certification a plus!
