I am looking for a personal loan from an individual. I need 50,000.00 I have 5 acres in Belen to use as collateral. I am looking for an interest rate of 5-10%. this could be a good investment for some one with the money to front. I am a hard working individual that always pays my bills. My credit is not bad just maxed out. I plan to use the money to pay off all my bills so that all I will have will be the payment for the loan. I have been a vet tech for over 20 years.
