The successful candidate will possess the following:
-Current CNA certification in New Mexico. (MUST BE CURRENTLY CERTIFIED or SCHEDULED TO TEST!!!) NO EXCEPTIONS!
-Strong qualities of leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
-Ability to communicate effectively.
Responsibilities will include:
-Assure residents have a clean, safe, orderly, and comfortable environment.
-Assist in implementing recommendations from consultants and the Quality Assurance team as directed by the Director of Nursing Services.
-Assist in resident Care Plan process.
-Evaluate emergencies and assist in implementing emergency measures.
-Care for, change, bath, and feed, residents.
