I am a single woman with 3 beautiful, large, loving, friendly, quiet, well-mannered, house-trained, couch potato dogs (all over 40lbs) and we are in search of a place to call home. All are fixed and current on vaccinations. I can provide references (for my dogs) if needed. :)

I work, but am only earning a hair above minimum wage... It would be nice to meet someone willing to allow me to pay half the rent every two weeks... I'm having a hard time just trying to survive on my own. I don't have anyone but myself to pay my bills and take care of me, so I am very responsible. I don't drink or do drugs. I don't have a criminal history. I don't even have traffic tickets... the last time I was even pulled over was years ago. I am quiet, as are my dogs, and mostly I just keep to myself.

Ideally, we would like a mobile home, or an apartment in a 2-3-4 plex with a yard, or maybe even a tiny house, as long as it is within the price range, ($400-$550 per month), allows dogs and is willing to work with me. I don't want anything for free. I do pay my bills, it's just that making the whole rent payment in one payment would be extremely difficult... it would be far easier to pay two halves per month. I am trying to save money in case this isn't feasible.

I am open to suggestions and ideas. I work nights, so a quiet place to sleep during the day is imperative. This is the single most reason why I DO NOT want to rent a room in a house (and live with strange people)! Or, live in an apartment complex...

I have been DJing here in San Francisco and hope to continue to do so at some local venues there too if possible. I have been DJing dubstep music, which is a fairly new genre of electronic music, (it is a bit harder than reggae dub and has an emphasis on the bass). I love all kinds of music though including: rock (classic, alt, hard, indie), jazz, blues, classical, reggae, hip hop, world... It'd be nice to live with someone who also appreciates all kinds of music or is a musician! :)

I can't quite get to where I need to be (further west) but have special needs kids who can't handle sleeping outdoors and want to avoid the shelter experience. I'm sure they are as crowded as can be. Drug free, alcohol free, criminal history free, mild mannered and kind woman. Not looking for a boyfriend though.
