SALESPERSON FOR HUMAN RESOURCE AND ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
Looking for a passionate Human Resource and/or Organizational Development professional to work in a sales capacity. This position will generate HR and OD sales for a growth oriented consulting company by utilizing their HR and OD knowledge. The Salesperson will be expected to meet sales goals by prospecting new clients and nurturing existing clients. This person will be an ambassador of our company and must operate with integrity and be a team player.
REQUIREMENTS:
The position requires a minimum of 5 years previous HR and/or OD experience with general business and marketing knowledge, networking capabilities and extremely strong sales and customer service abilities. Must pass background check, drug screen and have valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
COMPENSATION:
Pay is mostly commission based with benefits
