For those of you who offer the option of per diem, or per day, childcare, what is your policy on charging parents? Let's say that the parents give you a month-long schedule and then, later on, don't end up needing one or two of the days that they thought that they would need. Do you still charge them for the days they didn't need, or do you charge according to the definition of per diem service, which states that services are paid for as they are provided?
