This cat has been living in our driveway since February/March 2009.



The cat is female, very petite or young, and has a raspy voice. She has yellow eyes and white whiskers, and its coat is shorthair, primarily black with white on its upper lip, chest, belly and feet (tuxedo). She was very apprehensive at first, but sweet talk and food have helped and now she waits for meal time and keeps trying to run into our house. At some point she had a home... she used to have a collar (it was purple with what appeared to be green and yellow argyle), which broke off before I could get close enough to check for tags.



I would love to keep her, but I have an indoor cat that HATES other cats.



If someone else would like to adopt this cat, please let me know. I'd rather it have ANY SAFE home than live outside. Animal control picked up a male rottwieler in the Santa Fe Village neighborhood (Unser/Montano) this morning at about 11:30. He looked to be in great shape, young, I'm not good with dogs, but maybe a year or two old. He had a Harley Davidson collar that was about 1 inch wide with tags attached to it. He seemed to be very cool, non aggressive and maybe a bit timid, but who can blame him with the law after him.
