Pricing:
Lumber Liquidators charges $2.99/sq. ft., or $116.61+tax for 39 sq. ft. My price is $75, including the extra supplies. Their smallest lot is 52 sq. ft. with no returns on opened boxes, so for a small job or tail end of a big job you're saving even more.
