<description><![CDATA[Sabio Systems is recruiting for an Executive Administrative Assistant to act independently in providing senior level administrative support to the executive management team of a prestigious organization in the Albuquerque area. Work requires the ability to make management-level decisions by detailed analysis of situations, use of initiative, tact and independent judgment. This position requires the ability to multi-task and prioritize while maintaining the strictest level of confidentiality.<br>

Responsibilities include:<br>
Provide administrative support; calendar planning, screen phone calls, arrange travel, expense, and events. Understand and disseminate confidential information<br>
Assist senior staff members with administrative support; travel, and events.<br>
Provide meeting support. Prepare agendas, take notes and distribute meeting minutes, and presentations. Track action items and communicate status.<br>
Facilitate manager and staff communication. <br>
Draft letters, memos and emails. Create presentations and maintain organization charts. May review and prioritize partner's email and respond on behalf of partner. Pro-actively escalate issues that need partner's immediate attention.<br>
Serves as a liaison to internal Business Partners and assists with related projects.<br>
Consistent availability and ability to serve as a central contact to people inside and outside the company.<br>
Collaborate with various staff and departments in preparing special projects, reports and data analysis.<br>
Establish lead role in coordinating events, activities and information flow within the division and organizational units. Requirements<br>
<br>
Minimum 6 or more years executive administrative support in a corporate setting<br>
Thorough knowledge of administrative practices and procedures<br>
In-depth knowledge of company protocol and business issues and needs<br>
Thorough knowledge of office management practices and procedures<br>
Proven ability to work at an Executive level to assess business priorities and make recommendations<br>
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills<br>
Proven and successful team player and team building skills<br>
In-depth knowledge of Outlook and scheduling features, word processing and spreadsheet programs (i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint)<br>
Proven ability to manage small projects, work under pressure and consistently make deadlines<br>
Able to handle confidential information of the highest level<br>
Outstanding written communication skills<br>
Requires flexibility, negotiation, determination and ability to stand up to strong personalities.<br>

Knowledge of current basic medical terminology, coding and office procedures Strong computer and phone skills, including multi-line phones.  Excellent grammar and spelling skills. <br>
