Hello. I'd like to begin this ad by stating that you cannot be a beginning ferret owner. You absolutely MUST be ferret knowledgeable and either have or find a ferret knowledgeable vet. These three ferrets need an absolutely permanent home where the new owners are very financially ready for these guys. They are all about 3-4 and when I got them I was told it was too late to do surgery as they are too far along in adrenal gland disease. One, however, may be able to have surgery so we are waiting to see if she will be able to get the surgery before we adopt her out. The other 2 however cannot have the surgery so they are on Lupron Depot injections. They just had one a couple days ago so they won't need another until about March. But it is absolutely VITAL that they get these shots otherwise their life WILL BE shortened majorly! But with proper treatment and care these guys can go 3-4 more years with a good responsible family!!! :o)
Please only responsible people who are financially ready to take on these guys. They are SUCH good little ones!! They love people so much...Lucky is a little nippy but it can be stopped with a little more handling. I recommend Lucky and Ty to go together and Cinnamon separately as Ty is a bit aggressive towards her. Ty is a baldy (all but his head, shoulders, and tail) but his hair should grow back with the injections and Lucky has lost most of his hair also.
