I am not picky to the location as long as its in/near ABQ. I can work with a variety of spaces.. just need something because my house is getting too full up with stuff.<br>

I work full time so paying rent would never be an issue. <br>
Ideally I would like to keep this spot for AT LEAST 1 year.<br>
