The 300 sq' kitchen has two sinks, a skylight, and an island with ample pantry storage. You would have a separate bathroom, additional pantry storage and refrigerator, with access to the wine cooler, kitchen, formal dining room, pantry, and living room. There is a fireplace, and a stackable washer/dryer. Utility costs are low because of the fireplace, the tankless water heater and the skylights.
The home is on a 1/2 acre lot, in a secluded section of the bosque area, and is close to the I-40 interchange. Bus lines run along Rio Grande within walking distance and Old Town is a few miles away.
Pets can be discussed; I have 2 birds and 2 dogs that are in the back yard most of the time. More pictures are available upon request but space does not permit posting.
Amenities are paid separately and include utilities, internet access, basic cable service, and unlimited phone (Comcast package with DSL). Because of the skylights and tankless water heater, utility costs are pretty reasonable and would be equally split between us.
Move-in costs include first and last month's rent and a security/cleaning deposit, the latter would be refunded upon departure. Short or long term arrangements are acceptable.
