I am looking for someone to take over my huge 300 square foot bedroom in a 4 bedroom house. Rent is $415 for a lease lasting until the end of May (lease is tailored for college students) or is available on a month-to-month for $425. I walk to school everyday and there is a shuttle stop 2 blocks away if you're not big on walking:) We have a very interesting turtle but other than that pets are not allowed. Preference is given to college students because all current residents are hard working collegiate's. The room as I said is 300 square feet with new hardwood floors, two huge windows and french doors opening to the living room and kitchen. The house is huge with plenty of room for all. Rent includes access to a washer and dryer, dishwasher, wireless internet, cable, full kitchen, dining room, parking space, fire pit and hammock. Aside from rent you would be responsible for 1/4th of the utilities (not including water, trash, cable or internet!) and comes out roughly to $30 a month.
