Room for rent in cool 2 bdrm house. Right between UNM and CNM. Great quiet neighborhood. Hardwood floors throughout, lots of light, large backyard. Im a student-so another student would be ideal but not necessary. Like dinner nights and bbq's but not really into partying. No pets, sorry( my dog would want to eat them). The house is close to smiths, walgreens,bus, and there are a few cool neighborhood bars just down the street. Rent is 400 plus util. come check it out!
