Hi Craigslisters... A few friends of mine are moving into a 5 bedroom 4 bathroom 3000 square foot home around the end of the month. We're looking for 2 more people to fill the last two bedrooms. We are all college aged, 2 of us are in college, the other 2 work full time. 2 girls/2 boys, your gender doesn't matter. The rent will be $300 month plus $300 damage deposit upon moving in. The 300 will include ALL utilities (internet and cable, too, once we get them set up). There will be at least one small dog, and probably a cat, so we'd prefer if no more animals came. The 2 bedrooms we will be renting out will share a bathroom.
This house is pretty baller, to be honest with you, and would be a great fit for another fun, outgoing college student, or someone relatively the same age as us.
