Hi, i am looking to fill a newly available room in my South Valley home. Although somewhat secluded it offers a great neighborhood, plenty of space, and easy access to the ABQ studios, downtown and the airport. The house itself is fairly new, has tile floors except in the bedrooms, washer and dryers, dishwasher, large kitchen, a nice sized fenced in yard, plenty of parking space and garage storage. There is one cat and other animals welcome. Utilities that are included in rent are water, gas, electric, waste, cable and internet. I am asking for 600 a month, 500 for the room and a 100 for utilities, and am willing to do short term or month to month rents if someone is just looking for a place to settle while they figure out the city. please feel free to write me back with any questions.thank you
