 I am a young professional working full time and attending night grad classes at UNM. I would prefer to live with someone in a similar situation who is reasonably quiet and clean and who can respect my privacy. There is a great gardening area in the back of the house and the patio is perfect for summer grilling and evening get-togethers. Lease terms are six (6) months with $125.00 damage deposit.
