-Bedroom available - unfurnished (inflateble bed available if needed)

-Large gourmet kitchen, double ovens, gas cook-top, two fridges
-High-speed wireless throughout home
-Great-room style 1st floor with comprehensive sound system
-In-home Gym with Bowflex, Cycling Trainer & ABLounger
-NICE rear yard with waterfall feature and a Hot Tub
-$125 monthly Utilities responsibility - $525 is the total monthly commitment with rent & utilities
-Will pro-rate month if moving in mid-month.
-Damage deposit of $125 due at time of move-in - 100% refundable upon moveout without any outstanding damage/cleaning issues.
