There is a large closet and a 3' x 6' window. The bed is a high quality queen or Serta premium twin. Some pets OK. I'm installing trim and tile in some of the other rooms, but there are no materials present and no impediment. The floors in one living room and the kitchen are bare concrete for now but these are attractive rooms otherwise. Utilities included. Wireless available for $25/month (I pay $85).
