Beautiful home in Rio Rancho, currently have 1 roommate and the furnished guest room is available NOW! It is fully furnished with adjacent bathroom that is shared with other female roommate. Home is fully furnished with a swimming pool and hot tub which are closed for winter. Home has an office with computer access, Cable One high speed internet and WiFi and Dish Satellite TV, washer and dryer. Please be responsible and drug free, no pets since there are 2 cats that live indoors. Thanks. Rent is $450 plus 1/3 utilities.
