Looking for a female roommate that is able to pay rent monthly. That's the main point of it. All other bills are paid by me. This is how it goes:
First month move-in: 350 + 150 DD + 25 one-time fee cable/internet + 1/4 of pnm/gas bill= 560.00 or so
Months after that is: 350 + 1/4 pnm/gas bill = 390.00 or so (with a 6-month or 12-month lease)
I'm a mother of a 7-year old boy (he lives upstairs) and I live downstairs. Room for rent is downstairs, rooms are opposite side of house
