Hi my name is Andrew Baxter and i am a CNM student that works for a non-profit environmental group on nobhill. I am currently living in edo and have been looking for places in Downtown, Edo, and Nobhill. I'm moving out the last week of November and would love to have a place no later than December 1st. I'm very easy going, don't party or make a lot of noise, and do cook once in a while. I grew up in a large family so have a great appreciation for the importance of respecting personal space. Beyond that most people describe me as laid back, easy going, neat, and affable. As a Northern California native i would probably just say I'm chill. looking forward to not being homeless, thanks =)
