Hi, I'm a 40yr old male living in the Chicago area. I'm planning on moving to albq. probably around February 2010. I want to eventually buy a place or maybe find a rent to own deal on a home (6 - 12 months?). This is the problem that I need to solve. I could rent an apartment, BUT, I've got a dog, she'a about 65 lbs. A lot of apartment complexes have a weight limit on pooches. So that's pretty much not gonna happen. So, I am looking to see if there is somebody, Guy or Girl with a house in or around the greater Albuquerque area, who is looking for someone honest, and easygoing to share their home with, and splitting the cost's or maybe have a room for rent. We can create a win/win situation for each other. My dog is frendly and I clean up after her daily. I can also help out with the house cleaning, fixing meals, fix or make some repairs or provide some labor help around the house. My credit is good but, Credit and criminal background checks are ok with me if it will help you to feel better about sharing your home with me.
