It' s a very cute 2 bedroom one bath duplex located just off of Lomas near Tramway, a couple blocks to the bus. It has a dishwasher and access to a free washer and dryer. It's a nice, residential neighborhood and the neighbors are quiet and friendly.   Plenty of off street parking.  The heat and stove are gas which has been running about $15 a month( I cook alot).  The rest is electric and is pretty reasonable.  Hot water is free!<br>
I PAID A $300 DEPOSIT WHICH IS YOURS TO KEEP WHEN YOU MOVE OUT. The landlord is pretty easy going and doesnt charge a screening fee.  You would have to meet with his approval of course.  <br>
