We have a beautiful off the grid home on 10 acres in the East Mountains. The property is very secluded (45 min. from ABQ and 45 min. from Santa Fe. The house is 960 square feet, 2 bedroom +roomy loft space for either third bed or office. Chicken coop, raised garden beds with organic soil. Solar was put in in 2007. Our mortgage is $1000 and will only consider a swap with someone who can afford it entirely.

We are looking to reduce our expenses while i finish graduate school (2.5 more years) so are looking for a small 1-2 bedroom house. Essentially we are looking to get less than what we are offering, and pay less than what we are currently paying.

We would also consider a bigger (more pricy place) with the right to offer a room to responsible roommates.

We are a family of 3 and are therefore ONLY looking for fairly good neighborhood around the UNM area. Please do not respond to this ad if your place is a dump, it will only waste everyones time. No inside cats. We will consider dogs.
