Redwood cedar kids playset treehouse We are moving and have a wood play set tree house for sale. We bought it when my son was smaller, and he has outgrown it. It is one of the biggest ones I have ever seen, and it is LOADED with add-ons and accessories. The footprint not counting the slides, ladder, etc, is about 5 feet by 14 feet. The slide can be move to the sides, instead of over the porch.

It has a pirate theme upstairs and we call the upstairs the crow's nest, and the large enclosed downstairs room is more of a playhouse with a porch, screened window and door. Downstairs includes a cabinet and drawers, a door that closes, and a "mad scientist panel on one wall" consisting of many pretend switches, dials, buttons, gauges, etc. Plenty of room for a little table and chairs. It has a window with a screen. It has a covered porch, with a mailbox. The mailbox has a mail flag to raise. It also has a smaller back escape route opening, since the kids used it as their jail sometimes.

There are 3 ways to get upstairs, first is the ladder, next is a climbing ring set, and there is a pirate plank type ramp. Includes a telescope and periscope. It has the upgraded extra long and fast rocket slide.

It has many extra features we added on that you will not find on any other playhouse. We made the pirate plank ramp ourselves at our son's request. There is some roped pirate rigging. It has a ship's brass bell, a real wood pirate ship steering wheel, a pirate lock on the door, and a pirate cannon that swivels. It has a flagpole to raise and lower a flag, such as a pirate flag.

It has a bucket with a pulley that can be raised from the ground to the top of the crows nest. It has rope rigging on many of the posts to give it a nautical look. It has a small secret pass through door from the downstairs to the top to pass objects. It has a speaking tube to communicate from the crows nest to below deck in the play house. It has a real barometer weather station and other nautical accessories. It has boat cleats to tie off the different ropes to.

We added some pro-panel roofing to keep the rain from getting into the house. The upstairs crows nest has added shade cloth on most openings which adds privacy (from people outside your property) for your kids while they play. The kids see out just fine, but you can't see in.

We removed the curly yellow slide sometime back as it was not practical and is too narrow for kids and we do not have that anymore. You can put something else on that station or cover it up. All the extension pieces like the ladder, slide, plank, climbing rings, etc can be moved around to different exits on the treehouse, so it can be reconfigured to fit in different spaces in your yard.

The house is in pretty good condition,the wood is still very solid, but is due for a good cleaning and a color stain/seal. It needs some kids to play in it again, the birds are making nests in the top now that no kids are around.

To get it into your property, you need to take off the slide, ladders and accessories. It will fit thorough an opening into your yard of 5 feet wide. You will have to arrange to move it, OR we have a guy that can move it and set it up again in the Albuquerque/Rio Rancho area for $325. Alternatively, you can take it apart to move it in pieces, OR rent a crane truck that lowers it over your fence, but you will likely spend $500 for that. If these options seem pricey, compare it to spending several thousand at the dealer to have them build you a new one on site. This one was almost $5,000 new.

My son got this for Christmas a few years ago and we had it in the family room for a few weeks then put it away. It has never been set up again until today for photos. Very easy to set up and pack away because it's made with spring steel hoops that close up by simply twisting. It's a bit large at 5' wide by 5' long by 5' tall with a front door and side crawl through.
