Specific project related activities and responsibilities include:<br>

Engineers shall receive, record, address, and support reported problems with TWIC system components; these include, but are not limited to, networks, software, IDMS, enrollment and issuance stations, and enrollment and issuance hardware and software as well as system performance and workflow issues.<br>

The Information Technology Support specialist is responsible for supporting in the IT duties and responsibilities for local area businesses, and participating in a national effort for supporting offices and clients remotely. This includes limited phone support and escalation to local area technical teams. We service our clients by delivering reliable, high quality onsite desktop & IT support, and escalation & remote support to other locations.  This position has high visibility and requires a constant level of professionalism and commitment.  Must have professional-office experience in a support role. Hours are 8 am to 2 or 3 pm Monday through Thursday, and 8 am to 1 pm Friday. The schedule has some flexibility. Must be able to support multiple clients in local area.<br>

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<br>
    *      Provide front-line technical support to company business units, service lines, and physical locations.<br>
    *      Provide remote technical support to other company locations; dispatch work to best available team member.<br>
    *      Provide excellent customer service through communication and understanding.<br>
    *      Adhere and promote firm policies and practices.<br>
    *      Work with a team spirit toward high standards of service delivery.<br>
    *      Provide the interface between your client group / local office and the National office.<br>

Qualifications and Requirements:<br>
    *      Upstanding legal U.S. citizen.<br>
    *      Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related area preferred, and at least 2 years of similar work experience.<br>
    *      2 years of experience in a professional office environment.<br>
    *      Service oriented and customer focused.<br>
    *      Self-starter, self-motivated, goal oriented, team player.<br>
    *      Reliable, Well Organized, and Professional - MUST BE TEAM ORIENTED.<br>
