Reservations exceeding 30 Days will require:
Applicant Screening to live in community. $40.00 per person age 18+.
*Sewer, Trash & Water additional charges and paid to community.
Electricity is a separate resident responsibility. Electric Confirmation required upon move in.

Check-in time 11:30, Check-out time is 11:00. RV’s must arrive before 4:30. Private sites up to 60″ to accommodate Big Rigs. Electric service 50 amp, 30 amp with an adapter. CORONADO VILLAGE DOES NOT HAVE PULL-THROUGH SITES.
Credit Cards accepted for Nightly and Weekly Stays. Long Term Stays require payment via Check or Money Order. Deposits are non-refundable if reservation is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to arrival. Cancellation Fee is one night’s stay regardless of cancellation notice.
Pet Policy: TWO pets allowed per RV Site. Breed restrictions apply and pet(s) cannot exceed a 50lb weight limit. There is a monthly pet rent charge of $25.00 per pet.
