Secure off-street parking, near bus stop and bike trails. No pets please. You are welcome to grow fresh food, in your own watered row to plant (non-Cannabis). For the right person, rent may be paid down with honest farm work, or more by agreement, but the barter for a Farm helper is not required, Enjoy fresh veggies in season and occasional fresh eggs, for an individual who wants to live and make good soil on a Farm.

If you respect and protect our Mother Nature, then you may like living on this large yard solar powered drip irrigated veggie and berry farm with a hoophouse and geo-cooled greenhouse. Located very near the Rio Grande river, with lots of peace and quiet except for the large grey Sandhill cranes, geese and ducks who can be quite noisy as they fly overhead in their large V formations when they are migrating.
