Income Qualifications:
Silver Moon Lodge is part of a tax credit/affordable housing program. Although it is required that the combined household income be at least 2 times the amount of the rent, the household income cannot exceed a certain amount. That amount is determined based on the number of occupants living in the apartment home. We include any type of verifiable income. Also, the household cannot be comprised of 100% full-time students.

INCOME RESTRICTIONS:
1 Person Household cannot exceed $36,300 gross annual income.
2 Person Household cannot exceed $41,520 gross annual income.
3 Person Household cannot exceed $46,680 gross annual income
