Create, rejuvenate, meditate! You have your own entrance, private bathroom, kitchenette, and loft apartment. Entrance and bathroom are on the lower level, the open living studio space is in the loft upstairs. Quiet streets & nearby trailheads. This bright and spacious mountain home is one of three private living spaces in an artist's home. The images posted here are a mix of pictures from before the current tenant moved in and what it looks like furnished. The apartment is not furnished, minus the armoire.
The owner is a working artist and art educator. We have hens and roosters, cats, two friendly dogs. Other tenants are creatives and kind. We host occasional gatherings. This is on a beautiful 4-acre wooded lot in a quiet mountaintop neighborhood. The home is 7 miles south of I-40, off 337. 20 minutes to Tramway in ABQ.
There is a newly renovated creative use space available on the property. Potential art studio, music studio, massage studio, personal business space, etc. $300 for full space or $200 for partitioned half space, priced with apartment rental.
Renters must be conscious of water usage, and energy conservation in general.
$100 extra per month for another person/couple to cover utilities/wear and tear.
We are looking for people who are considerate, creative, independent yet community minded, self-aware, easy going, positive and eco-conscious. Please be ready to share references.
Wi-fi available. No pets please.
$950 includes electricity, heat (electric), water, wifi, garbage and recycling. $450 deposit.
Cell reception is good.
3- 6 month lease with possibility to extend.

Be prepared for snow in the winter. Plowing is case by case, and generally a shared expense. Shoveling is generally the
renter's responsibility. However, semi-communal chores are often offered. (Shoveling, taking garbage to the street, etc.)
