This is a beautiful piece from Ken Duckert, a prolific artist based out of Corrales until his death in 2024. He caught a lot of New Mexico's most beautiful aspects and this is one, titled "October's Acequia". The vibrant orange and yellow of the canopy is reflected in the acequia's surface and if you've ever been down to the river or on Corrales' acequias during the fall this is a familiar scene. Iconic New Mexico!
This image is printed on a piece of metal (rounded corners so no sharp edges!) that measures 20" long by 16" high. The hanger is raised so it's easy to catch on a nail or hook.
The artist's signature is on the lower right corner on the back. The back also showcases the piece's title and provenance.
