New in open box. Comes with sealed VHS instruction guide. Base board is 43” long that accepts mat boards up to 40” wide. Parallel mat guide is set to border from 3/4” - 4 1/4”. 90 degree squaring bar holds mat square. Hinged guide rail with scaled production stop. Pull style bevel mat cutter cuts beveled windows into mat board, holds on to base board guide of accurate cuts, and features a stop and start indication for perfected orners nad no over cuts. 90 degree straight mat cutter gives you straight cuts for your mat boards up to for size. There are three depth settings for safety, standard thickness, mat board and foam board and a 3” ergonomic handle for comfort.
