Regarding the magazine's condition...I see only one small tear (1/4 inch tear on the bottom of the back page), no missing pages, the saddle stitching is in good shape. There are some creases that are common with minor wear and tear. All in all in very good condition. It's kept in a plastic sleeve for protection.
