A nice NORBA era frame, circa 1993; threaded 1 1/8 inch headset means you can put on a suspension fork if you choose to do so.
Great 1990s splatter paint job. Made in Japan of real Tange Prestige chromoly steel; not made of gas pipe or some lower end steel renamed Tange Prestige.
