I doubt it's actual bronze but the finish looks nice. More likely the metal is pewter. This is likely a vintage novelty souvenir coin, not actually from 1918. It mimics the design of standing liberty quarters. I've used it as a light paperweight. It's a well-made and attractive collectible.
