Merle Locke, Oglala Lakota Artist, Original Watercolor Painting 31" x 31" Signed, painted over the double matting as seen in the photos, the wood frame needs to be replaced (it's a cheap frame however the original frame for this painting), there is a mark on the canvas as seen in the last photo (the movers spilled something on it and then attempted to wipe it off. It's about an inch in size. Please see the photo, selling as is). No glass.
