This is a Randotti Ivan the Hairy One glow-in-the-dark skull souvenir sold at the Disney World haunted mansion in the 70's. This one is missing the original hemp-style hanging string but retains the original Disney price tag on the bottom. There is still some glow functionality remaining. There is a tiny chip on the chin. I am the original owner.
