Customer Service with Basic Computer Support (No Experience Needed. Willingness to learn)
Compensation:
- $20/hr paid every two weeks.
- this is 1099 contractor work.
- company provides mileage reimbursement for job-related travel expenses
REQUIREMENTS
- must be able to pass a background check
- must have a vehicle with a valid driver's license
- must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
- effective verbal communication and customer service skills
- a customer-first mindset with a genuine desire to help people
- strong customer service skills, including professionalism, patience, and clear communication
- requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely.
- ability to work up to 8 hours a day. Job starts around 8am and ends around 2-5pm.

PREFER
- NO EXPERIENCE required, but eager to learn

ABOUT THE WORK:.
Tasks will be basic things:
- replacing keyboards
- replacing mice
- un-jamming printers
- very basic software fixes (instructions provided)
- no tools are required for work
- you will be working in business offices.
WHERE
- work will take place at local client offices.
YOUR BACK-UP
- there is Level 2 support available via phone and remote access.
