Guest Ambassador Opening
We are a 24 hour facility
1. Effectively handle customer interactions. Properly greet customers, evaluate their inquiry, provide appropriate assistance, and ensure customer's needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
2. Direct customer to available parking space and dispatch driver accordingly.
3. Record all sales transactions, maintaining accurate records through completion of appropriate documentation and input into system.
4. Seize marketing opportunities through knowledge of company and Frequent Parker programs.
5. Work cooperatively with peers, co-workers and management. Keeping appropriate individuals informed to assure positive customer relations are maintained.
6. Participates in orientation and development of new team members.
7. Keeps work area clean and stocked with necessary supplies, i.e. forms, office supplies, change and water.
8. Communicate via two way radio and written communication
9. Other task as assigned
