NORC at the University of Chicago is hiring Telephone Interviewers to support important national research studies.
Both English-only and bilingual (English/Spanish) applicants are encouraged to apply.
This is NOT a sales job. You will not be convincing anyone to buy anything. All calls, scripts, and systems are provided. The work is straightforward: read questions clearly, listen carefully, and accurately record responses.
If you can read, speak clearly, and stay professional on the phone, you can do this job.
What youβll do:
-Conduct structured interviews by phone
-Follow provided scripts
-Accurately document responses
-Maintain a respectful, professional tone
Pay & Schedule:
-$21.68 per hour (based on geographic location)
-Evening shifts
-Part-time, up to 28 hours per week
