Selling my 1972 Ford Mustang Grande—a complete classic Mustang that’s ready for a full restoration or resto-mod build. It has the desirable 351 Cleveland V8 (2-barrel) and a clean title in hand.
This is not a driver. It’s a project car that has been sitting for a long time. The car ran when parked but that was over 10 years ago, so assume it will need a full recommission (fuel system, brakes, battery, fluids, cooling, etc.) before it can be driven. I do not know the current mileage. I was told the engine was rebuilt once in the past, but I do not have paperwork.
Cosmetically, it has the kind of “patina” you’d expect from long-term storage: heavy paint failure and surface rust on the roof/hood/trunk areas, and the vinyl top is deteriorated and will need replacement. The interior is present (blue seats/trim) but shows age and wear, including deterioration near the headliner/roof area.
If you’re looking for a ‘72 Grande to restore, this is a solid starting point for someone who wants a classic Mustang and is comfortable taking on a project.
