• Between the ages of 21–38 (up to 40 in some cases)
• Have experienced at least one healthy, full-term pregnancy and delivery
• No major complications during pregnancy or delivery
• Body Mass Index (BMI) under 32
• U.S. citizen or U.S. permanent resident
