Ancora Café is looking for a motivated current culinary student who wants to build hands-on experience in a fast-paced, creative café environment. This is an excellent opportunity to learn alongside experienced culinary professionals while earning income and developing practical skills that complement your culinary education.
What You'll Do:
Assist with food preparation and daily kitchen operations
Learn proper food handling, sanitation, and kitchen organization
Support menu preparation, plating, and presentation
Help maintain a clean and efficient workspace
Work collaboratively with our kitchen and café team
Gain exposure to café operations and hospitality service
What We're Looking For:
Currently enrolled in a culinary arts, hospitality, or related program
Passion for cooking, baking, and food service
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not required
